By accessing and using eta.llc, operated by the Examination Testing Agency (ETA), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms apply to all users, including students, candidates, vendors, government bodies, and educational institutions accessing our online examination platform.

2. Description of Service

ETA provides a digital platform for organizing, managing, and conducting secure online examinations. We act as an infrastructure provider. The respective vendors (educational institutions, universities, or government bodies) are solely responsible for the examination content, eligibility criteria, grading, and the final results.

3. User Registration & Account Security

• Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process for admit cards and exams.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notification: You agree to immediately notify ETA of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Code of Conduct & Fair Play

To maintain the integrity of the examination process, users strictly agree NOT to:

• Engage in any form of cheating, impersonation, or malpractice during an examination.
• Attempt to hack, bypass security, or disrupt the functioning of the ETA platform.
• Copy, screenshot, record, or distribute examination questions or materials without authorization.
• Submit false documentation or identification on the platform.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate disqualification, account suspension, and possible legal action or reporting to the relevant authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform's software, design, logos, and architecture are the exclusive property of the Examination Testing Agency (ETA). The examination content (questions, syllabus, specific organizational logos) remains the intellectual property of the respective examining vendor or institution.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, ETA does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from delays, hardware malfunctions, or internet disruptions on the user's end. ETA shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, or for any decisions made by the examining vendor based on the exam results.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar.

8. Amendments

ETA reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page. Continued use of the platform after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such modifications.
